By using this site, you are agreeing to the terms below. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site. ("its not rocket science!")

By accessing this Website, you agree to be bound by them. This Website is provided for the benefit of residents of the United Kingdom who are over the age of 18. If you are not a UK resident, over the age of 18 or do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this Website and we have the right to restrict or prevent your access to the Website. When registering for sections of the site which request your email address (e.g. to sign as a regular), you are only allowed to supply one email address and have one account. If you forget your password it can be reset using the site. Your password for registered sections of the site must not be shared with anyone else. Each registration is for a single user ONLY.

You are responsible for the use of the site using your login email and password, whether this is by you or anyone else using your email and password. You are responsible for any unauthorised use of your ID. If you think the security of your password has been compromised, notify us immediately and we will reset/suspend your password.

We take no responsibility for, and cannot guarantee the accuracy, quality or integrity of any review submitted. You must note that some users may submit Reviews that are misleading, inaccurate, untrue or offensive and consequently you should not place any reliance on the accuracy of any Review.

Through submitting a Review you grant us a perpetual royalty free non-exclusive licence to reproduce, modify, translate, make available, distribute and sub-licence the Review in whole or in part. This will also include personal information such as your user name or alias (if available) and your expressions of opinion.

We do not have the ability to ensure that Reviews do not infringe the copyright, or any other right, of third parties. If you feel that a Review infringes any legal rights you may have, or you wish to complain about the content of a Review you should immediately contact us with full details of your complaint.

2. What personal information do we collect and why do we collect it?

2.1 We will collect personal information from you, when you register and log in and when you respond to requests to submit personal information about yourself, in order to reply to a contact to us made by you using the contact form on the 'Contact Us' page of this website.

2.2 We will use the personal information supplied by you to reply to contact with us made by you, to keep a record of services you have used and the correspondance you have made.

2.4 We may from time to time use your information to provide you with an update about Camberley news/events and other news and events from outside of Camberley we feel you will be interested in receiving. Your address will not be used for anyother purpose. If you do not wish to receive such information please use our unsubscribe form here.

In addition, you can at any time send an e-mail containing your name and address to us here with UNSUBSCRIBE as the subject if you should decide that you no longer wish to receive this information.

2.5 If we feel we cannot answer your email and need to consult the venue in question we will be forwarding the email to the venue for them to reply to you directly. We will not take responsibility for any unsolicited email you receive due to this. If in the rare instance that you do or if you here nothing back from the venue.

2.6 If you have signed up for our mailshots and we receive a bounce back from your email address FOR ANY REASON, to save the wasted traffic, your email address will be deleted from the mailshot database without notification. It is your responsibility to make sure your mailbox is capable of receiving our mailshots. There will be a "Mailshot History" section on the signup page which will show the past mailshots sent, so if you feel you have not received some for a while, then it might mean you have been removed, you will need to sign up again. Don't worry the new system will not allow the same email address twice so you wont receive multiple copies.

3. Cookies

We do not use cookies (a code or code enabling us to identify your computer and to note areas of a website visited by you) for collecting user information from the website.
